easier than we thought it would be

Dear  Phil

Just  thought  would  drop  you  quick  note  , finally  after  many  months  of  shall  we  shouldn't  we,  we  took  the  plunge and brought  a  66  mustang . We  were  a  little  bit  overwhelmed with  what  we  had  done ,  but  after  speaking  to  first  Krishna then  yourself  you certainly  explained  the  process  in layman  type terms.  Your  Los  Angeles  based  team  also  kept  us  all  informed all  the  way  through the  process even  after  the  seller  was  very  slow,  Sharon  got  it  collected  and  ready  for  loading  in only 3  days  which we  thought  was  exceptional. Picked the  car  from  your  depot  last  week  and  looking  back  it  was  actually  pretty  simple  process,  we  have  already  told  our  friend to  call  you.  Will  come  by  the  office  in  next  few  weeks  to  show  you.

Appreciate  the  great  service

Thanks   Bill

I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Extreme Global to any potential customers.
John

Appreciated your services to import a vehicle from the UK.

From meeting locally to discuss the procedure, through to final pick up at the delivery point, the import went very smoothly and I was kept in touch at various stages throughout the import.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Extreme Global to any potential customers.

I purchased a used US military humvee to be imported into NZ.

Approached a few shipping agents and it was almost impossible to bring into this country.  It needed some special export license which others didn't know about. I was directed to extreme global by a mate and it took one phone call and approximately 6 weeks for the humvee to be landed into Auckland.  A very big thanks to Ray Smith and his team for organising what ever it took for its shipping. ..thumps up to Extreme Global.

Extreme Global are number one to deal with, friendly, helpful and certainly know their stuff.
Ron Sturch - Auckland

People often ask me "is it difficult to import a vehicle"

and I tell them this,"not if you have done your homework and have a great firm handling all the donkey work"

To give you an example of my last transaction that could have gone horribly wrong if it wasn't for the team at Extreme Global.

It started out with letting them know all the details of the vendor, contact details and pick up address.

The L.A. office tried in vain several times to get the vendor to be at home for the pickup when he promised to be there and simply wasn't.The first transporter simply gave up in frustration so Sharon from L.A. office got hold of a second transport firm to do the pickup and all the while keeping me informed back in NZ.

After a lengthy delay which was caused by the vendor not sticking to his promise's of being available for pickup and several emails both from myself and Sharon the vehicle was finally on the back of a transporter heading for L.A.  to be shipped home.

Extreme Global notified me when it arrived in L.A. and Sharon from that office had the job of getting the paperwork in order for shipping.

The next headache came when They found that the title certificate didn't match the car vin numbers which in itself took a lot of finding on the said vehicle, once again to Extreme Globals credit, they researched where the vin numbers were mean't to be and finally found them after a lot of hands on effort by the team in L.A, in the meantime Sharon had to contact the vendor again, requesting the correct ownership certificate and a correct bill of sale which wasn't any small task getting from a reluctant vendor who wasn't really interested in the vehicle once it was out of his site, on top of all this a time limit was in place to get the vehicle loaded for shipping to NZ.

Every step of this process I was emailed as soon as things were happening,I have to say I was totally impressed with Sharons sense of humour and goodwill towards this customer ,as I was almost expecting the firm to throw their hands in the air and say take it somewhere else.

I was emailed when it finally sailed, when it arrived and email by the Auckland branch as to customs duty etc to be paid and where to pick it up from in Auckland.

Extreme Global are a finely tuned firm that looks after their clients till the end and have proven to go to extreme lengths to make it happen.

They took the pain out of buying from oversea's vendors that aren't that helpful once the vendor has your money in their bank accounts.

Extreme Global are number one to deal with, friendly, helpful and certainly know their stuff.

Highly recommend their services to anyone needing a freight firm who thinks on their feet.
